Owen Wilson

So Owen Wilson was the big story this past week. I haven’t been able to watch any entertainment related TV without people talking about it. What’s ironic to me is that no one really knows what happened so how can you use so much time talking about what we don’t know. What was surprising to me was that Wilson would be one to attempt suicide. I would’ve never expected it from him or his brothers, they seem so solid and together. What also threw me on was a comment made on Showbiz Tonight, I don’t remember which person said it, but it was like “Can the public forgive him?”. I know they were referring to will it affect his career because of public opinion. I find this amusing considering

  1. It’s not our business,
  2. He didn’t do anything to anyone else
  3. What’s to forgive when we have celebrities like Britney, Paris, and Lindsey who pull stupid crap on a regular basis.

Anyhow, Wilson has asked for privacy at this time, so the press needs to drop this until he’s ready to talk about it.
