Grammy Award Dresses
MSN did their usual spread on Fashion mistakes at the Grammy Awards.
This time there were ten images of what they considered bad fashion choices. My pics from the images of exceedingly bad fashion ideas were Cher’s “?”, and Bai Ling. Who’s she? Wow, that was quite the “bad trip” dress. I thought Taylor Swift looked very nice in the purple strapless dress. Plus, Paula Abdul’s black long sleeve dress wasn’t bad except for the bow at the neck.

Forgotten Artist of the Grammys
MSN had a feature of twenty or so artists that have been ignored by the Grammy Awards.
Artists such as Led Zeppelin, The Doors, The Who, The Stones, Hendrix, Queen. I didn’t find this unusual.
In my days (the old days). Rock/Pop music was ignored on those kind of awards. The Grammy’s were reserved for mainstream music. Tina Turner
I’ve net ever been a Tina Turner music fan except for her duet with Brian Adams “It’s Only Love”. She won 4 Grammys for her album “Private Dancer”; also known for her great legs.
Happy birthday to Tina Turner born Nov. 26, 1939.

Carrie Underwood
Carrie Underwood has proved herself to be the most successful of the “American Idol” contestants ever after her wins at the CMT awards and also winning the two Grammy awards in her short career.
Kelly Clarkson has also done a great job, so I guess the “American Idol” show isn’t all bull.
The show will have lots to prove after the fiasco this year.

HC: The Hard Sell Of New Music
An article from Hartford Courant.com by William Weir You would think that writing a symphony and getting it recorded would be enough work in itself. But for composer Kenneth Fuchs, it’s just half the battle… … His recordings have twice been nominated for Grammys and received rave reviews; his two symphonies were recorded by the London Symphony Orchestra and released by Naxos, a label that has become a force in classical music by finding innovative ways to distribute its music… … It’s a probl
