I was watching one of the “Law and Order” episodes that starred Benjamin Bratt. Then I started wondering where Benjamin Bratt had gone.
He was the “it” guy several years ago when he was dating Julia Roberts. I decided to look him up to see if he’s done anything lately. IMBD did have a consistent list of work for the past few years and it looks like his present project is “Love In the Time of Cholera”.
I’ve been seeing some previews for this movie, but didn’t realize he’s in it.

Scott Elrod
So the new hot guy on “Men in Trees” is Scott Elrod who plays Cash who has been on two episodes so far.
IMBD doesn’t have much listed on his filmography, so I’m going to guess he’s fairly new, but definitely someone to keep an eye on.

Today is A Special Day
It’s International Migratory Bird Day. As the link will explain, traditionally it’s been celebrated on the second Saturday in May, but now it’s celebrated daily. I participated in the IMBD activities at the Nashville Zoo. I learned that the Tennessee Warbler got its name because someone shot one migrating through Tennessee and first identified it as the Tennessee Warbler. Let’s protect the environment and keep it bird friendly.
Rio Salado Celebration
The free celebration begins at 8 a.m. With guided bird walks, demonstrations and lectures from 9 a.m. The family-friendly event offers fun childrens activities including face painting, story-telling, birding activities and crafts. Participants will be treated to Liberty Wildlife Rehabilitation Centers free flight raptor demonstration, as well as to bird photography tips from experts. International Migratory Bird Day (IMBD) is an annual event to celebrate and support migratory bird conservation.
